Poloniex has grown so much faster than its support staff can handle.  I'd suggest looking at bittrex.com.  They don't have the volume of Poloniex but they aren't clusterfucked either.   Maybe things will get better over time, however for now I'd avoid Poloniex until they can upgrade their infratructure to match demand.
