**Points 2.-3.** would be a strong, resounding NO. These would break the functionality of Steem the blockchain and result in unfair distribution of rewards.

**Points 5, 6, 7** all are actually two points in one, that are not mutually exclusive. Thus 5, 6 and 7 are trap questions.

**Point 8.** increasing the STEEM token value has nothing to do with caring about the community. Caring about the community may or may not raise the price, but is in itself a completely different issue.

**Point 9.** Welcome yes, until they show delusions of grandeur. Then I would reconsider.

**Point 10.** The blockchain will forever store the truth. And the lies. The facts can not be changed once they have been recorded. So yes, I would stick to the truth, that has been recorded on the blockchain.
