Ive noticed if you know how to organically build your audience you can be successful. good content attracts people, all it take sis to join a few groups on Discord and you can start monetizing what you are writing.  I do respect the point that your content should be useful but since its an uncensored social network people can post what they want and if other like it it will earn Steem.  Steem could benefit from a moderator system to weed out spam but then that would lead to a type of centralization.
