@taskmaster4450 is right on point that we need communities in a major way.  The more we can silo content and make it easier to discover the content we really want to see, the better we can reward things that are deserving.

For me, I am working on welcoming people to the platform through the introduceyourself tag and trying to highlight new users in a post I do a couple of times a week.  Working on retention is just as important, if not more so, than on-boarding.  Encouraging people who are new to the platform and helping them getting started is one of the keys.  I hope I am doing an okay job on this.... 

You do some tremendous work for the reward pool @transisto. Thank you for working for us, I know it is good for your investment, but it is also good for the rest of us as well!
