I was making a non profit BID-bot designed for the Spanish language reality (500 K SP curating 4000 active users) But i dropped the project as it will not call the greedy ones and the rebelious ones would not support any bid bot. The way i see it: As long as there is no ethic and responsible counterpart to something the sheep will keep using blindly what there is... As a extreme simili example : Western societies have been Secular for a few hundred years, in France being a Catholic is a sin against the State, that is what has allowed islam (especially bad part of it) to pierce and attrack the ones looking for alternatives because they are nor secular... So their message is join our religion, join the social revolutions... (I dare say this here... in france i would go to jail for saying this in a bar) PS: I am an agnostic and have nothing agaisnt responsible religious people of any creed I just like to match block-chain problems to society problems (Maybe we can work out solutions to both)

The way I see it we are both builders and explorers in this brave new world. That is the reason i spend endless hours, doesn't happens to you sometimes it feels like we are in a quest for humanity I know I know High hopes and all, but the bigger one dreams even upon failure the bigger are the acomplishments. Something I love from steemit it that I have found many that think alike and even if we have our differences from time to time, this is the pace were many of us have come to find each other and to make a second Pink Floyd reference in a single comment (Maybe Gilmour or Waters will start paying for the free advertising ot cheetah will roar at me :P ) > United we stand, divided we fall Actually I think the solution is in our hands, who pays for the bid-bots to be built...? the rich... Who builds them ? Us the middle working class... When a banker sells garbage bonds to the old pensioner lady so he can fulfill his KPI and touch his bonus (made of crumbles) is it the fault of the owner of the bank, the banker or the old lady ? According to me it is shared responsibility: The bank employee should be ethical The old lady should know better The bank owner doesn't really needs to go to that 8 stars hotel, (6 or 7 stars are good enough, let the old lady eat her crackers) I think education and building bridges are key for solving this puzzle. ----- In another topic, i was looking for our last talk deep in comments where gentlebot came to visit... I think it has visited me before. I used to run run a BOT in spanish that voted any comment longer than 4000 characters... (was not much about 2000SP) back when Tim Cliff was launching the #discussion tag, there are some post worthy comments from time to time. Sadly had to stop it, some started flagging them and others figured out that *"lorem ipso lorum"* a few times was enough to kick off the bot... Now I am wondering how gentlebot deals with that...
