Do not think that you have more knowledge that everybody in this world. Mostly, "those who think in that angle know not."

Truly, the one who created knowledge and with more knowledge is our almighty God. One of his names is: "knowledgeable God."
It was through His knowledge that the world was created, and things were arranged accordingly and perfectly.

For mankind to seek more knowledge in this world, we should be humble and obey the laws of God all the time. We should be submissive and follow His word, which has been given to us in the world constitution-The Holy Bible.

"The beginning of wisdom is to fear God," as the Book of Proverbs 1:7 teaches us. Those who love to seek God know more knowledge, but those who do not seek him always lack knowledge. "For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding."(Proverbs 2:6)

In Hosea chapter 4 verse 6, the Bible says that: " My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Knowledge is the first precious treasure one should seek before wealth. That is why King Solomon did not request for wealth first but he requested for knowledge first. If you acquire knowledge, you would know how to use the knowledge to become wealthy.

The best offer for you to choose between knowledge and money, in case someone is placed before you, is to choose knowledge first. You can get abundant sum of money and you do not have knowledge about how to plan well, the kind of things that are needed first, or how to orderly use the money for buying of item one after the order.

We shouldn't think that we know more, so we will not learn more to add to what we have. For acquisition of knowledge doesn't end, always we learn new things and new things keep on coming, since the world keeps on changing.

To have more knowledge, one should first seek the Kingdom of heaven and God's righteousness, and all things  will be add to him"(Matthew 6:33). There is more knowledge in God's word, that direct our ways, and teaches us what is wrong and good. Hardly would you see a true Christian who has accepted God and his Son Jesus Christ finding dubious means of searching for money. For he knows that Gold and diamond are from God and if he seek him diligently, God will by all means give him some.

In Job 36:11-12, the Bible says that: "If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasure. But if they obey not, they shall perish by sword, and they shall die without knowledge." It will be prudent for us to listen to the voice of God and have more knowledge to be prosperious, than to disobey God's law and perish without any hope. 

Job said this, because upon all the temptations he went through and finally lost all his belongings in the hands of Satan, he never reglected God and his worship. He strived to hold unto his God strongly, and later God made him wealthy again among all men. Job was indeed faithful to God, and courageous in his actions, in terms of his Christian faith and doctrines. We live to learn more about how to get more knowledge in God, so that it shall be well with our souls. Lets all learn something from this devotion. Thank you!
