You've given me a few nuances to my understanding of the potential here for a transformed society (the possibility of a real , actual capitalism based on true resource-based value (our content, talents, and participation are its sustenance and base) might swing me away from the idea I've come to accept over the past few decades that capitalism is an existential species or even global threat). Of course, there will be bad actors abusing the system and many Steemians, but the system seems to moderate the worst of that without quenching the positive spirit and potential.
I'll remain full of hope, and willing to offer freely what I can- and if I get some recompense, it simply enables the addictive spiral of (trying to do some)good before the old carcass fails me completely.
