What I've always wondered though is if steemit grows, the reward pool grows, the price of steem grows. But if there is more and more steem being put out there,  won't that lower the price as it'll basically be so plentyfull that apart from earning it here, no one you buy it, only sell it! Making it worthless! 
Or does it work in some otherway and I'm totally wrong with that

It is going to be made easy soon but the current existing way is @changelly; they have account here. You can ask them questions, they usually respond, They also have a website. Thank you for joining the discord channel. It is still being setup for now and gradually too.
