That one thing I did not get is why dtube takes an 15% to 25% cut of rewards of they are getting that big of a delegation from @ned. If they upvote they get curation rewards on top of that also. I know it would be hard for @ned to help everyone but he could spread those big delegations out some, he must be getting better kickbacks from dtube and the rest he delegates too.

Yeah, I can see what you mean. He does it out of the kindness of his heart then because he is friends with the creators of those channels or platform. Someone is kissing his butt real good somehow then.
