I wish when we upvoted a post we could at that moment decide how much we want to give that person out of our steem power. If my full power vote is worth around .25cents , i should be able to allocate easily, while reading posts .5cent upvotes here and there ... then maybe .10-.15 cents on the better posts all together. There also needs to be more discoverability from up voting!
