i have a better question. as a real NEWB here. haha. what happens when i press this button on busy.  as a total newbie, i want to know if these must be claimed as fast as possible? or they can sit there.... i know that steem power is important. would be nice to have a clue.... and i wonder why it isnt auto claimed anyways. thank you.

I have no idea why it's not automatic but you can claim whenever you want I dont think it makes any differance but as you stated depending on your goals getting your steem power up fast is important.
