# You gotta feel the vibe

When I first started on Steemit I was putting out about 3 to 4 vlogs a day.  It was pretty fun doing it daily and speaking on different topics.  I went through the whole  camera upgrade and editing binge.  I picked up some cool tricks and feel more confident with a camera.  Of course I'm no professional but I can do a decent job.  

Before Steemit I never did any vlogs or much video for that matter.  One thing I always did was put out music.  Something that has been my passion since I was a rugrat.  Now I see things in a much different light.   Where you see a nice restaurant I see a dope spot to shoot a vlog.

Vlogging in your own house is cool and you have more control over your environment.  Vlogging in public is an entire different situation.  First off you have to have a little confidence with public speaking.  Let me tell you I have no problem getting up on a mic and performing in front of any crowd.  But ask me to do a speech and the nerves kick in.  It took a while to get used to vlogging in front of random people.  The hardest for me was vlogging around friends and family.  At first it was cool but than it can get a little annoying and my friends definitely let me know about it. Hahaha.  Eventually I found a nice balance and it was smooth sailing.  

So months go by and I am vlogging my life away day in and day out.  Eventually it got a little boring and I just stopped doing them all together.  I didn't even notice me stopping it just sort of happened.  I do miss it even though its been a couple weeks maybe more.  I've been thinking about starting them up again but I want them to be different and definitely more entertaining.  The summer is coming and its the perfect vlogging weather.  I have all the tools I need to make some great vlogs for you all.  

Can you believe that next month I will have a whole year here on Steemit!!!!!Feels like I just started yesterday.  I'm really looking forward to another year here.  It's been a fun exciting long road and I know this is only the beginning!!!!!
