Diaspora and Friendica (which may or may not be called something else now) have been around for ages. They're probably more distributed than decentralised, probably censorship resistant (last I checked only the poster could edit/delete a post), not much kyc (email needed to sign up, provide add much or as little profile as you want).
Friendica had trouble taking off and diaspora was very slowly growing when I left (which i did only because i was starting to cull socnets by this point as keeping up with a lot was getting a bit much for me.
Neither of them do blockchain or pay in crypto though, or at least didn't back then XD
After that i haven't really been keeping track but there have been a plethora of them sprouting exponentially haven't there.
