Bad behaviour is always relative. People act in their self-interest but what happens when one discovers that that behaviour is harming others? Do they stop it, find another way to satisfy needs or continue on unabated? People also act in their self interest and expect certain outcomes based upon it but aren't willing to investigate whether what they are doing is going to get them there. We all have responsibility of our actions, even if we do not want to admit it.
