A great write up nand I agree totally with all you say especially the being nice part, we sure need more nice in the world

I am sure I also made some mistakes when I joined, but not as bad as some i see, one particular thing that annoys me is the begging for upvotes with a generic please vote for me with nothing else and copied and pasted on every post they can find, thats a sure way to ake sure I never visit them and I am sure its the same for so any others

Thats what i meant, i think an upvote i a means to say i liked the blog or i think you deserve a reward for the work you did, but this is commen with alot of new steemians arriving here on the steemisfere.

Ye sit is common for sure, I do sometimes visit their blog and try to give some tips, but there are so many like that somedays you cannot do it for them all, and that is why a post like yours is so good and I hope it helps some people
