There is a tool for Delegaton called the Steemconnect that way you would be leasing out your Steem Power to whoever You want that way Steem Power will stay in your own account but will only be sent to the person on credit Basis. You will not be able to use that Steem Power unless you Cancel that delegation. Same way the person you delegate your Steem Power will not be able to take it and run away either.
