Yeah... all the “top twenty” witnesses got in a fight with Justin Sun who bought steemit. They forked out his stake (sort of ) he replaced them all with his own witnesses then voted a shit load of posts related to hive to zero. Then everyone got pissed about “censorship and centralization”. All of the steemit inc developers quit. The old witnesses forked a copy of steem off and created a new chain called hive.  Crazy stuff. Esteem has moved to hive, Steemit world map, steam peak is  now peakd and posts to hive. SBI is working on Hive now. A lot of people are cross posting cause they aren’t sure how things are going to land. It is yet another mess in a world currently filled with all kinds of mess.
