Toronto FC’s first presence at an MLS Cup Final has been anticipated ten long years by the most supportive of the team’s fans. TFC (14W-9L-11D for 53Pts) having a better record than the Seattle Sounders (14W-14L-6D for 48Pts) during the course of the 2016 season, the city of Toronto gets to host the playoffs’ closing game.

It’s not the first time that the most important game of the year happens to be at BMO Field, in 2010 the FC Dallas and the Colorado Rapids got to play for the Cup north of the border, but this time for the 21st edition, the Torontonians will be able to cheer for their club.

La première présence du Toronto FC à la Finale de la Coupe de la MLS a été longuement attendue pendant dix ans par les plus fidèles des fans de l’équipe . TFC (14V-9D-11N pour 53Pts) ayant une meilleure fiche que les Seattle Sounders (14V-14D-6N pour 48Pts) au cours de la saison 2016, la ville de Toronto va accueillir la partie qui ferme les séries.

Today's highlighted players' confrontation is between two veteran defenders. Drew Moor will be TFC's last line of defense between the Sounders' attackers and Toronto's goalkeeper.

Playing with Colorado between the years 2009 and 2015, he was named the team's captain in 2013, and was recognized three times as Rapids' Defensive Player of the Year. Last year, he was chosen to be on the AT&T MLS All-Star roster.

The Seattle Sounders have finally made it into the Final in their eighth season among the Canadian-American premier league of soccer. They have had a lot of success since joining MLS in 2009, on the field and attendance- wise, but this is a first for them.

The list of their accomplishments in such a short time period is impressive: they have won the Cascadia Cup in 2011 & 2015, the Supporters’ Shield in 2014, and the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup in 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2014, plus they finished at the top of the Western Conference in 2014.

Les Sounders FC de Seattle ont finalement atteint la Finale à leur huitième saison dans la première ligue Canadienne-Américaine de soccer. Ils ont eu beaucoup de succès depuis qu’ils ont joint la MLS en 2009, sur le terrain et concernant l’assistance, mais ceci est une première pour eux.

## How to Play

+ Vote on the main post to enter the bet _(main post rewards will also be added to the Stake Pool)_.

+ Cast your **Vote Bet** on **ONLY ONE** outcome for which you bet on for the win _(Multiple comment votes will be automatically disqualified by the script, unvote and revote counts as multiple votes and will be disqualified)._

+ After 24 hours, the post and related game comments payout to the pool; remember 25% voters rewards are deducted from the total post payout value first as per Steem curation rules. Voters are rewarded in standard fashion in proportion to their Steem Power holdings.

**The Stake Pool:**

+ The remaining 75% of the total payout is paid out in 50% Steem Power and 50% in liquid currencies, the latter now varies in payout ratio after the new fork. To make the process less complicated, we have decided to use all paid out SBD to buy Steem in the internal market to create a grand total Steem Stake Pool.

+ 30% of the Stake Pool will be retained, of which 15% will go to the writer/sports presenter of the post, and the 15% balance towards editing, development and advertising.

+ 70% of the Stake Pool will be held until the event/game outcome is determined.

+ Once the winning outcome is determined, we will execute a proprietary developed script that will divide and pay out the Steem rewards equally, using the **Power Up** method, to **Mass Distribute SP** to all participants that voted on the main post as the entrance fee as well as voted on the correct comment representing the winning outcome.

+ Only participants with a Reputation of 35 or more will qualify to earn SP rewards, but non-qualifiers can still vote and comment in support of the redistribution initiative.

+ Entry cut-off time is the earlier of the post payout or the start of the event.
