I was actually wondering if we have such whole street dining here in the Philippines and I just saw one on FB this morning. Apparently, I have to learn what's ours. Pineapple rice is basically fried rice with pineapple instead of all the other ingredients. It was good. It is just that the pineapple is the sweetened version, not fresh. Maybe you can give it a try and let me know how it goes. 😊
