The govern-cement is into making up evidence. The NSA could prove many people innocent, but they don't. However, they do provide evidence to law enforcement, being careful to cover the trail... you didn't get this evidence from us. Wire tapping is just filing a form now. Besides, you are guilty anyways. There are so many laws, that they just have to find the one that you broke. But, that is work. So, just make up something. The real nightmare comes when people start being convicted because they were there. The real perp didn't have any electronic dog tags.
