They don not care about people's lives!!  

You should have taken ฟ้าทะลายโจร from the beginning, whenever you start to have a fever, take 2  capsules ฟ้าทะลายโจร, three times a day!

You did not have enough sleep and you got the bacteria from one of the tourists when they cough and sneeze!  Stay away from sick tourists.

I think that you also have some virus infection as your body is very weak.
Drink a lot of water, fruits juice and vegetable juice to build up your body defense system.
