It takes a lot of determination to do that. Your incredible embarrassing moment is such a winner. Thank you for being willing to share such a changing moment of time in your life. I know at that exact moment in time. Your world had fallen apart. We would all want to fall through the floor. But, not possible. But, now look at you. I think I will go back and look again. Thank you Francis! Yes 50# in total...then to this very day. Wow! your own loss was 66#. Good for you! I find that your body eventually regulates at its ideal weight, as long as you continue on with your new habits. This is why I prefer to say that it is an eating lifestyle as oppose to a diet. I have 0 intention of ever going back to the way that I once existed...because I wasn't really living, at that point in time.
