In Munich, many beautiful places, cathedrals, churches, a lot of fountains and an amazing atmosphere, which made this city attractive to artists, musicians, intellectuals. The word "glyptoteka" in Greek means "repository of sculptures". In this museum a large collection of Greek and Roman sculptures is collected. Here in the huge ancient halls with very high ceilings, on which various canvases are depicted, all kinds of sculptures of Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome are collected.
