I'm not sure German speaking people would appreciate it as much as the rest of us. <i>Einen Vogel haben = to have a bird</i> means being crazy in German.

The leaf from the mystery tree came out so well, nice shot and hehe your bird chose the tree that sprung up in vengeance🤗.

The shot from the water is another cool view I like and your neighbours trees with white flowers is what I love most.

Might be a mulberry tree, although those leaves look a bit small, living on the other side of the pond, not sure. 

Also having loads of rain whilst away on an outdoor holiday... well more in doors today it pelted down the whole day!

Could it be an Elm tree ?

I think it is an elm tree, judging by the leaves. If the bird likes it, I say you should keep it. I don't know many people with personal birds that are captive. 

Happy #TreeTuesday and I see you got a nice shot of your house by the lake. Nice to be able to stroll down the steps and walk right into the fun. 

Our video at the end was funny and thanks for cutting out the bad parts. :)

Hi there :) I think your tree may be a water-loving Alder. Does it make catkins and then little mini-cones?  Around here, we get White Alders growing in the creeks,  but that kind has smooth bark.  Alders are cousins of the Birch.

I am guessing your Personal Bird is a Starling!

What is that a broccoli tree at the bottom?  They do look like trees come to think of it. Spring rain... or is it May showers bring spring flowers?
