I saw it, I'm not sure how to discuss it because abstract art really isn't my thing, I'm a bit Aspergers and prefer clear communication.  :)  Except for purely aesthetic decorative elements, like those closeups of brush strokes, to me these are wonderful and beautiful.   In fact the first two look very different from the whole, probably the lighting, but whatever it is they look better this way, to me anyway.    They are amazing works of art all by themselves!

But yeah abstract art is impossible for me to apply normal feedback to - normally I would base my feedback on perspective, anatomy, composition, posing, lighting, edge treatment, material description, internal logic, story-telling etc...   things that can be discussed objectively and precisely.  But abstract is more subjective.   These are bold large strokes in bold colors, some people probably see the color of blood in there, and a shotgun explosion perhaps (signifying his death,which some still say was murder).  But to me it doesn't make me immediately think of depression, grunge music or Seattle, maybe heroin abuse a bit?  But then I have no experience with such things.  :)
