Two thoughts came to mind:

I was thinking along the lines, write in the language one is most comfortable with. Right now, English dominates because of the dominance of audience who can understand English. But what I would like to see (if I were to be freely given the power) was to make these languages all equal (or if not equal at least increase from what they are now).

Yes. And to have others proof-read them as well. Although that will take time before posting. lol.
Perhaps, once more apps (like those that aim to publish articles) are built on top of STEEM, they can filter those posts and have them reviewed by someone before being published, just like what utopian is doing but on a stricter level.
