Wallet signifie portefeuille en anglais, dans cet onglet tu y trouvera tous ce qui concerne ton solde, les différents Steem à disposition (Steam Power, Steem et Steem Dollars) ainsi que la possibilité de faire des virements vers "l'extérieur" : Exchange ou autre Wallet. 
Posting Key est un code qui permet d'avoir un accès à ton compte mais avec des droits limités ( possibilité de poster ect mais pas de changer ton mot de passe principal ou de modifier ton wallet), ce système a été mis en place pour des raisons de sécurité :)

ton mot de passe c'est pour toi et uniquement pour toi. A sauvegarder dans un endroit ou tu peux le retrouver et surtout ne pas le perdre. La posting key est une délégation du droit de poster (ou upvoter etc). Sur les sites qui peuvent interagir avec ton compte comme par exemple Busy c'est la private key posting qui t'est demandé (et non ton password qui reste ou il est bien au chaud)

La taille n'a pas d'importance si un site te hameçonne (en se faisant passer pour steemit). 
Steem utilise un system de clef hiérarchique. 
Le mot de passe comme l'anneau unique contrôle tout. Son vol ou sa perte est définitive. 

Pour l'usage au quotidien :
* pour publier et voter : la posting key
* pour faire des transferts : l'active key
