I was able to replicate the issue. 

Although this is minor, I think you mean the image icon located on the right instead of "Now click on the icon placed on below left side"

1. Great to see this has been reported to the project owner and as mentioned, it's of great importance to the project. 
2. Your title was descriptive, although unfortunately had some minor grammar issues, it would have been better to phrase it as "The application restarts when uploading an image within a blog"
3. Great to see a log-cat, this is considered good practice and a great addition to your contribution. 
4. Try to proofread your work prior to submitting it to Utopian, there are quite a few grammatical errors within your steps to reproduce. 
5. Your video is straight to the point, good work. 
6. Although the steps provided enough information to understand the issue, I felt that they could be more detailed and the errors within took away from their readability, you can see this reflected in my scoring.
