When we have high seas or spring tides we hear the waves from our home up the valley, lullaby you to sleep.

I love walking along the waters edge, get soaked when not paying attention to those waves, our waves get pretty big...

Oh wow I'm so jealous! I'd love that, must be very peaceful and calming in an otherwise chaotic world! 

What height are we talking with the waves? Can imagine a couple of metres, maybe more?

Wow yes I can see why surfers would love it there! I would be happy if I survived through one wave back to shore there. Had some pretty tough conditions out in Raglan in New Zealand earlier this year but it's good fun and great exercise!
