I love adding a purslane to our salads. It gives it a nice unique flavor and the health benefits are a great natural bonus. I also love dandelion greens too! Great informative post, thanks for the read.

There is not much to show really, I pick the smallest new leaves and wash them well. I just add them whole to my regular salads to add a little peppery flavor. ;-)
