In addition to community outreach and other forms of spreading our intentions, A memo would have been great. How could other witnesses not know about this big change? How or what process do I use to delegate RC? Why is there no prompt of Steel Witness News that's updated frequently like QA? Besides the price dip, Why is it that people were leaving before this change? How may I simply describe Steemit payment system..? I have recruited 27 people. Some left or on and off. I'm not tech savvy...lol Right now I can't answer the above questions. Heelp!! Lol Joy
