I really appreciate that you take the time to answer questions that your followers have! I wish more people did this! I agree that focus is the limiting factor to our success and I love that you made that sleep analogy! "Imagine you are a genius, but you're only awake for just 3 hours a day. How much could you literally accomplish?" And you are right, you couldn't accomplish much! Staying on task is something that can be leaned with a little practice. Every person is different and the ways they stay engaged can differ. Try a few different techniques to find out what works for you, whether that is a game, or tricking your mind to stay on task, there is something for everyone! Finding out what helps you to stay focused will make all the difference when you are trying to be successful! Instead of being that genius that is only awake 3 hours a day, be that genius that is awake and focused 12 hours a day! It just may change your life! :) Amazing post! :) Follow and an upvote from me!
