Comunmente nos confundimos con estas palabras, muchos no llegan a comprender sus propias emociones en cuanto a estos terminos, pero siempre es y sera de maxima importancia conocerlos porque uno es dañino y el otro no.



Cuando nos referimos a amor, ¿que te viene a la mente?, ¿rosas, chocolates, caricias y factores del estereotipo moderno?, no es raro pensar que si, pero el apego tambien puede representarse en esa forma.

El apego no es mas que un sistema de defensa del subconsiente para la supervivencia, la mente desde el hombre de piedra,  se ha acostumbrado y/o apegado a condiciones de su entorno porque el cerebro ya lo proceso como algo necesario para poder vivir, entonces lo pide, no importa de que indole sea, puede ser una actividad, una persona, una sustancia, etc...

El amor es un sentimiento puro de afecto profundo hacia otra persona, quieres que este bien, que sea feliz, tambien suele sentirse una sensacion de admiracion y tranquilidad, esta puedes vivirla sin depender emocionalmente de ella, a diferencia del apego, que es derivado del ego, el "yo", que este no controladamente nos lleva a necesitar de las cosas para sentirse bien.

Pues yo me senti confundido esto igual, sentia miedo de abrirme emocionalmente por el riesgo a sufrir, una actitud inmadura. Pero no fue impedimento para enamorarme, fue inevitable abrirme a eso, porque se dio natural, existian valores como tolerancia, respeto, cariño, confianza, y esto hizo el lazo mas fuerte, a pesar de que se molestara, entendia que era humana y que comunmente cometeria errores, al igual que yo, ya era una relacion incondicional

We commonly get confused with these words, many do not understand their own emotions about these terms, but it is always and will be of the utmost importance to know them because one is harmful and the other is not.

When we refer to love, what comes to your mind? Roses, chocolates, caresses and factors of modern stereotype? It is not uncommon to think so, but attachment can also be represented in that way.
Attachment is nothing more than a defense system of the subconscious for survival, the mind from the stone man, has become accustomed and attached to environmental conditions because the brain and process it as necessary to live, then it asks for it, no matter what nature it may be, it can be an activity, a person, a substance, etc ...

Love is a pure feeling of deep affection towards another person, you want it to be good, to be happy, you also usually feel a sense of admiration and tranquility, you can live it without emotionally depending on it, unlike the attachment, which is derived from the ego, the "I", that this not controlled leads us to need things to feel good.

But it was not an impediment to fall in love, it was inevitable to open myself to that, because it was natural, there were values ​​like tolerance, respect, affection, trust, and this made the bond stronger, even though it bothered, understood that it was human and that I usually made mistakes, like me, it was an unconditional relationship, and this is exactly what this song is about, an unconditional feeling that remains in force despite the multiple circumstances.
