Yesterday, I went to Big Cloud Event. How big? Word has it that at the keynote session, there were more than 3,000 people in the hall and word has it that 5,000 people registered. So, there are probably more than 3,000 at one point of time at Level 5 of the Big Venue, Marina Bay Sands.

And how big is Marina Bay Sands? Kind of many ways to describe. It occupies a big land area. The building has become quite iconic in Singapore already. The more than 2,500 rooms going up 55 floors. On top of the building is a big pool so big they called infinity pool. There are many luxury goods stores so I’m sure big money change hands everyday. In there is also one of the two casinos in Singapore which also means big money are rolled very often. Yesterday, after the summit, I went to 3rd floor to take this picture with my Samsung Galaxy S8. Near enough but I wanted to capture the whole ship-shaped top which has the Sky Park. I moved as far as I can and could only get it in this diagonal orientation but I’m quite please with the result.

Inside, the shopping area, there is also a big waterway. You can pretend you are in Venice and ride in one of these boats whether is it rain or shine, it’s also cool here. :-)
