<h1>Stress</h1> ditempat kerja memang sangat mengganggu dan dapat berdampak terhadap buruknya kinerja karyawan (stress negatif). Lingkungan kerja lebih mungkin menyebabkan stress di tempat kerja. Lingkungan internal adalah lingkungan atau kondisi yang secara langsung dapat berpengaruh kepada stress di tempat kerja. Lingkungan kerja atau tempat seseorang bekerja adalah ibarat rumah kedua bagi seorang karyawan. Terkadang waktu yang dihabiskan di tempat kerja lebih lama dengan waktu yang dihabiskan di rumah. Apabila kondisi lingkungan kerja tidak kondusif maka tidak mustahil seorang karyawan akan mengalami stress. Oleh karena itu merupakan tanggung jawab bagi manajemen untuk menciptakan kondisi kerja yang kondusif. Oleh karena itu organisasi harus menyediakan sistem pengembangan karier yang baik, adil dan objektif. The internal environment is an environment or condition that can directly affect workplace stress. The work environment or workplace is like a second home for an employee. Sometimes the time spent in work longer with time spent at home. If the condition of the working environment is not conducive it is not impossible that an employee will experience stress. Therefore it is the responsibility for management to create conducive working conditions. There are several ways to create a conducive working environment, including by combining bright colors on the office wall, maximizing lighting, fresh air and cooling, designing workplaces with different themes, providing and pampering employees with support facilities and designing areas unique work. <h1>2. Avoiding The Occurrence of Role Conflict</h1> Role conflict is the result of differences in expectations, wishes or perceptions of employees with roles and needs, as well as the values ββthat employees have. Management is obliged to reduce conflicts by establishing a clear and ambiguous framework. Provide a job that is liked by employees in accordance with the competence they have. <h1>3. Compose a Clear Organizational Structure</h1> The organizational structure must be clearly defined and rich in tasks, clarity of responsibilities, recognition, and the opportunity to achieve them. The structure should also be able to accommodate different skills, clear task identity, task conformity, trust and widespread authority. <h1>4. Good career planning and development</h1> Employees will experience stress when the expectations and desires of career development are not done well. Career improvement is a hope and desire of workers, if that is not achieved, many employees will experience stress.
