The reason why this archeological site is worth visiting even though it does not hold much information regarding the civilization that existed is that it is well-maintained. The site is relatively small as compared to the other archeological sites in the region as the main attraction in this site is the old worn out basement in the old Palace. Along with the basement, the visitors can speculate some old walls and an extensive patio that has clusters of grass at distances. Nevertheless, the attractiveness of the place is that the authorities are very particular about keeping this place maintained and clean all the time.
Also, this archeological site hosts a museum that further adds the element of attraction to the place. In the museum, the visitors can speculate the remains of the pre-Hispanic time and learn a lot about the culture of the primitive societies through their relics, artwork, paintings, sculptures, symbols, engraving and archives that bring forth the rich history of the past era. The site has an encapsulated old pyramid base even though the existing nature of this pre-Hispanic site was very extensive. It is advisable the tourist make the visit to the place in clear sunny days so that they can speculate the breathtaking views of the eastern part of the city from there. Also, in the well-maintained areas that have significant growth of grass, the visitors can relax and feel themselves transitioning back in the old era and imagine the lives of the native people with their eyes closed in tranquility.
