弟弟学习篇之七：跑步🏃

弟弟学习篇之七 跑步

原本希望弟弟学习踢足球的，原因有二：
1、国内青少足球培训如火如荼，长得帅的足球运动员人气高涨，不愁找媳妇儿，哈哈
2、偶在中学和大学足球队里，可是身披10号战袍滴~

无奈弟弟说他不喜欢足球，喜欢跑步。记得刚上幼儿园时，弟弟就可以在400米的跑道上连续跑两圈，貌似耐力还不错，小朋友跑步不会讲究太多，弟弟总是一个加速度接着一个加速度地跑，也从没听他说过累，上窜下跳，精力旺盛。即使是平常时间，弟弟走路也总是蹦蹦跳跳的。

周末特意带他来测试下成绩。
弟弟今天七岁，跑400米用了1分58秒，100米30秒，60米16秒30。

关于短跑或中长跑训练，我也不熟悉，仅就先纪录一下成绩吧。走一步看一步，看看弟弟能达到什么水平吧 。
