@surpassinggoogle develops an innovative ulog tagging project. Then he launched a blockchain-based site project on the second layer of steemit.com namely marlians.com. The marlians.com project was developed for steemit users who made posts via marlians.com or used tagging marlians to get MARLIANS token rewards with certain conditions.

To join the 'Ulogger' community, we are advised to become a 'certified ulogger'. The first step we have to do is transfer 5 STEEM to the @marlians account by memo the '1 month certification'. The 5 STEEM that you send will be converted in 50 MARLIANS tokens to your wallet.

The second step is to write an 'ulog' (post) about how to become a certified ulogger, and don't forget to use #ulog in the post.

The third step, we have to become a subscriber from [UloggersTV on the YouTube Channel](https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCzI3Rjamg7zSe_o0BwSeIQQ).

The fourth step is to fill out the registration form on the [google form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeunowd3HApzVfKIyWCdEVzX9KKjjNGi5PCIuKcQBduLT7nSA/viewform) provided.
