After A Long Vacuum, We Played Futsal Again

Today I get a day off from my work place in the hospital.  Because we work schedule based on shift so it often happens to get a holiday at a time like this.  But even though today I don't work it doesn't mean I don't do any activities.  In the morning I still carry out my routine activities which is walking around the housing complex.  I do this activity almost every morning.  Many benefits that I feel including me not easily attacked by disease.

 In addition, my day activities helped my wife at home such as helping her clean the house and helping her take care of the plants in our yard of the house.  Not only that, at night I also play futsal with my colleagues at the hospital.

 We haven't played futsal in a long time.  The vacuum of this activity has been almost a year due to their respective activities, especially before the hospital accreditation a few months ago.  Our activities are very tight so we no longer play futsal together.  Tonight is the first night we play futsal again.  The schedule is once every week.

We played futsal for about an hour, but we took turns playing because of the crowds of our co-workers who were present, besides because we had not played for a long time, so we were physically unable to play for a long time.
