Today I went to tha usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work. 今日は仕事の後、いつものジムに行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。 This time, I did an interval training on a treadmill under hypoxic condition. After 5-minute walking for warming up, I repeated 2-minute dash followed by 3-minute jog.
