Ever Seen a Tri-Axial High Rise Condo? (MyPictureDay in BGC)
Guess where I am? πŸ˜‚ Of course I'm in the capital of the Philippines but where exactly, can you guess? 

I'll show you where I'm at right now.

Lookin' good eh? 😎 I like how it's windy here too. Too bad the pre-selling tower is already sold out. 

From what we were told during training, there are only very few buildings with this kind of design in the entire world. 😁 Ain't it unique? Look at the design below.

Of course I had a look at the amenities area too. Here's the middle pool area.

There's two pools here but the other one doesn't look good today. πŸ˜‚ I wanna swim but I can't! Sales agents like me are not allowed to swim of course. πŸ˜‚

Let's just look at the **Trion Towers** again shall we? This one is my shot in the middle of all three towers at the ground floor area.

So tall, 50 storeys high, just like how the preselling luxury property [The Residences at the Westin Manila Sonata Place](https://steemit.com/dlike/@artgirl/top-3-reasons-to-live-or-invest-in-the-only-westin-residential-property-in-south-east-asia) will be. 😁

Speaking of which, I can see the [Westin](https://steemit.com/money/@artgirl/i-watch-million-dollar-listing-ny-but-how-about-million-peso-listing) show suite from here. It's going to be destroyed this month to make way for a new luxury property soon to rise there.

Should make friends with one of the rich old people in that building have them leave the apartment to you in their will... Just thinking out loud. 

It looks really nice though, like the apartments at the coast. The design is cool since the middle section feels very much like a normal house and I am sure it allows for a lot more space, and a pretty big pricetag.

Middle section, like the pool? πŸ˜‚ There are a lot of foreigners there it seems. There are Caucasians and Asians I saw going in and out. The price tag isn't as high as luxury condos which is why it got sold out I think. πŸ˜…
