My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2019
女儿开学的时候尊重她的意思，让她选择了一项“美术特长班”，并给她购买了画笔，看到她第一次上完课回来很是开心并且拿着自己动手练习的“基本”画圆，波浪线，直线等让我看，目的是想让我夸奖她，我说：“今天你在美术课上画的这些作品很好，你很认真画的很棒！”给予一定的鼓励是肯定要有的，使她以后更加的努力和有兴趣。伟哥说过：“鼓励奖励孩子不要过于盲目，不能说你真聪明，真棒，真漂亮这种没有实际定义话语，而是要表扬她这次做了什么事之后所得到的认可表扬。”听完之后便“学以致用”。孩子们的成长一定离不开家长的帮助和鼓励，但是不可随意的表扬赞美。i

今天周一下午上班的时候把制冰机进行了大清理，应为长期使用里边会出现“水垢”会影响到冰块的质量和卫生，这项工作由技术部定期清理，应为考虑拆卸和清洗时不能触碰到内部零件，还是影哥常说的一句话：“专业人干专业事！”这样省时又省力，也不会出现问题。
