England's Muslim population has smashed the three million mark in 2019. Some parts of
London are now almost 50 per cent Islamic, according to analysis from the Office for National Statistics. If current trends continue the areas could become majority Muslim within ten years.

Irony of all ironies. After so many crusades and so much, as Said would put it, orientalism, who would have thought.
Under different circumstances I guess this might be seen as a positive thing, but with scalating tensions in the middle east, and radicalization of some Muslim groups, even second generation European Muslims, I think this is a recipe for disaster.
I hope I am wrong, I really do, but history has taught us that when it comes to religious differences, human beings are the stupidest animals on the planet.
