 [ 인생은 선물이다 ] 현재의삶에 만족을 하는 것이 행복이다 주어진 인생을 웃음으로 사는것이 행복이다 가볍고 편안한 마음이 행복이다 인생을 계절에 비유하면, 10대는 이른봄 싹트는 계절이고, 20대는 봄 꽃피는 계절이다 30대는 초여름 신록의 계절이고, 40대는 한 여름 성숙의계절이다 50대는 가을 수확의 계절, 60대는 늦가을 단풍의 계절이다 70대는 초 겨울 낙엽의계절, 80대는 한겨울 백설의 계절 90대는 잠자는 계절이라고 한다 잠자는 계절에 이르기까지, 항상 푸른 마음으로 살때 행복은 찾아온다 행복으로 가는길은 지름길이 없으며, 일상의 현실을 슬쩍 비켜가지도 않는다. 오히려 행복은 우리의 평범한 일상속을 통과해 간다 게다가 우리는 추구하는 목표를 위해 대단한 비용을 들일 필요도 없다 우리는 다만 이 순간 지금 그리고 여기에서 우리 주변의 작은 일들을 볼수 있는 눈을 뜨면 되는 것이다 새들이 앉아 있는 나무, 먼바다, 폭풍을 볼수 있는 눈이 있으면 된다 삼라만상이 아름다움을 인지하고, 자신이 살고 있는 세상이 얼마나 풍요로운지를 느끼는 사람은 행복하다 그것은 일종의 선물이다....! -하루를 살아도 행복하게 中- 출처 : 마음향기 새해 복 많이 많이 받으세요 ^~^
