Привет всем! Это мой первый пост и поэтому я хочу представиться! Зовут меня – Анастасия, обычно просто Настя )).

 Я молодая и жизнерадостная  женщина ))  Я замужем и у нас с супругом есть доченька.

Уже больше пяти лет я занимаюсь домашними делами и воспитанием нашего ребёнка. Я всегда была очень рада этому, ведь я каждый день наблюдала, как растёт самая замечательная, жизнерадостная и красивая девочка в мире – наша любимая доченька Ксения!

Она для нас  с супругом очень долгожданный и желанный  ребёнок,  приносит нам много светлых и радостных моментов!

В последнее время я начала ощущать, что живу абсолютно обычной и посредственной жизнью, достаточно свойственной  для нашего региона. И мой каждый новый день похож на прошлый. 
 Я осознала, что у меня самая лучшая и любимая семья и отношения в ней просто замечательные,  а вот по отношению к самой себе начало образовываться какое-то недовольство ((.  Захотелось движения вперёд, роста!

Сидя с маленьким ребёнком дома, я часто нахожу время для чтения, а занимаясь  домашними делами,  я  люблю слушать аудио-киги  различных известных и не очень авторов на темы саморазвития, психологии, позитивного мышления и всего в этом роде.  В результате этого  я  поняла, что если я хочу позитивных и ярких  изменений в жизни, то в первую очередь начинать нужно с себя и тогда, быстро или постепенно, но всё же начнёт  меняться и всё вокруг меня. С этого всё и началось ))).

Проанализировав своё состояние, свои действия и свои желания я определилась с тем, ЧТО хочу улучшить в себе и в соей жизни.  Я решила действовать!

Хочу вести  в STEEMIT  свой  «Дневник роста»!
Я могла бы сама двигаться к позитивным изменениям  без всяких «дневников» и «зрителей», но подумала, что во первых делая это «на публику», я возьму на себя больше ответственности  и поэтому мне нельзя будет  бросать начатое.  А во вторых мой пример может вдохновить кого-то  и  у него тоже может в жизни что-то измениться к лучшему. Всегда мечтала, чтобы в нашем мире добра и любви становилось с каждым днём всё больше и больше, и если я буду своим примером способствовать этому, и в мире станет хоть на одного человека чуточку счастливее, то это будет огромным счастьем для меня. Ради этого стоит жить!

Так давайте меняться вместе! Ведь вместе поддерживая друг друга, идти вперёд к лучшим изменениям будет и легче и веселее ))).

Я планирую каждую неделю писать посты о своих улучшениях и новых, маленьких или больших достижениях. А так же буду с радостью общаться с вами, отвечая на ваши комментарии!
