Of course, globalist owned entities by families such as the Rothschilds have their take on what is going on with the "new economic systems" they cannot fully control. 

Dismissive is one word of many you can use to describe it.  

As they compare the current ICO craze to manias of the past, ie  tulips, beanie babies, etc.   

-- Also make note of the dates.  In this case, it was a month ago --  this article was dated Oct. 7th, 2017.  

Always pay attention to the filter and spin of what it is you are reading, where the info / slant comes from, and consider the source!

its a battle between the old money and the new money, the older generation who consider themselves the 1% seem to be stuggling to contain new money and they know they are loosing. they have controlled the system and the money making system for long and now a new system is in place and theeir is nothing they can do about it
