Deliciously Pungent "If You Like Blue" Burger @ MASH, Bangkok.

MASH is the latest craft beer and burger joint to open up in Bangkok, and it may just be my favourite. Conveniently located for me in the CBD, I can see myself popping in here on the way home from work to sample one of their delicious burgers or any of the 16 craft beers they have on top. I recently steemed about the delightful [Zeffer Apple Crumble Cider](https://steemit.com/drinks/@bkkshadow/zeffer-apple-crumble-cider-from-new-zealand-tastes-amazing), but tonight it is all about their "If You Like Blue" Burger".

# IF YOU LIKE BLUE BURGER

It just so happens, that I do like blue, I love it. Blue cheese is my favourite, the stinkier the better, so this burger was just what I wanted. A freshly made beef patty, Danish blue cheese, rocket and onion relish on a sesame seed bun. No need for anything else other than some sweet potato crisps on the side.

# THE TASTE
The bun was crisp and held together perfectly even under the weight and moisture of the large beef patty. The beef had just the right amount of fat so it was juicy yet held together. It was cooked perfectly with just a hint of red left in the meat. But the cheese, the cheese was glorious, it was pungent, stinky and full of flavour. If you are not a fan of blue then you probably wouldn't like this burger, but then again you probably wouldn't have ordered it in the first place.

This was a real treat and washed down with a delightful cold brew and I'm in heaven..I shall be back. Expect more reviews about MASH in the future...
