My Recent Lack of Engagement

It’s been a busy couple of weeks for me both personally and professionally, so I haven’t been around these parts a ton as of late. For that I apologize. My regular posting schedule of roughly 2 times a day has been recently diminished to about once every 48 hours. 

While the shop has been a bit slower than previous years, it’s still busy. Then add the stress of the holidays, cooking, family, and normal life...I just haven’t had a spare moment. Things *should* return to sine sense of normalcy for me soon so I’ll be back here full force in no time. 

I’ll also have the winners announced for the Guilty Pleasures Writing prompt in the next day or two as well. It was my first time running one of those and I poorly planned it right before a super busy season. Dumb! 

Also since I haven’t been on as much lately, I have been using the time away to let my voting power recharge. After SteemFest I depleted it and it’s been hovering between 50%-%60 which is terrible. So if you haven’t seen much love from me lately...don’t take it personally. Just using the time to heal the account. 

Lastly....commenting and replies. I’m getting to them. I appreciate each and every person who takes the time to not only read the pile of monkey shit I plop onto here daily, but to start dialogue on it. I am almost straight on comments so if I haven’t gotten back to anyone, I’m not an asshole. I mean...I am...but not for the comment thing. I’ll hit you back soon. 

Try to stay engaged folks. Even in dry times. Leave a comment. Throw some votes around. Plop up a quick post letting folks know you are not dead. Things will get better here soon enough and you’ll be begging for some “down times”.
