My First Blackberries - My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2019

I finally got a chance this evening to check on my plants and flowers.  I pulled some weeds and did some trimming.  And I was pleasantly surprised to be able to pick my first ripe blackberries.

We've had the grandkids all weekend and everything has revolved around them. Lots of activity from playing with them cooking, cleaning, picking up toys, and all that good stuff.  The last two days of taking them swimming seemed to generate a lot of laundry too, with all the wet swimsuits and towels, lol.

I squeezed in a #seven77 video this morning by lifting Millie 7 times with my legs.  Roman stood by to help with the counting.  We really had a lot of fun with them.  Here's the [link](https://twitter.com/blueeyes8960/status/1153019814912438272) to the Twitter post with the video.
