My Actifit Report Card: March 24 2019

#### Now that my son isn’t taking naps, Saturday and Sunday afternoons have suddenly become longer and bit trickier to navigate. 
Today we took a nice walk to the electronics store by the station and raced some battery powered miniature race cars around a track. My son was more than satisfied playing with the race cars. I preferred sitting on a bench with him in the sunshine and sharing a bag of potato chips;-)

Once home, we put together his new desk. He was a big help (😉 ,😉)! I’m glad, though, that he wants to be involved. Yes enjoy that time. My son is 18 and there was a while there where we were not enjoying as many things in common. Lately he has got into photography and we are really bonding together over it.

I worry about when that day comes. I don’t think it inevitably has to come, but I know that it often does. I grew really distant from my father in my teens and still have a hard time just connecting and being with him. I’d like to avoid that with my children if possible. Sharing a hobby would be helpful. 

18 is a great time to get interested in photography. That’s nice that you and your son have that now!
